ORDERING
~ Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis.
~ Only genuine buyers will be entertained. All unscrupulous buyers will be blacklisted & other blog shop owners within The Chic Bootique's circle will be warned.
~ All prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated & do not include shipping costs.
~ Colours displayed online may vary slightly from the actual item due to photography or monitor settings. Should you need a more detailed description of the item or a photo from a different angle, please email your request.
~ To order, please complete the Order Form & ensure that all fields have been filled in.

PAYMENT
~ Payment must be made within 3 working days upon receiving our invoice. Please send a copy of the receipt via email (scanned or uploaded) so that we may verify your transaction.

~ For the time being, we do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD), personal deliveries or collections from our home(s).

~ If you wish to purchase an item & collect it at a bazaar / flea market that we are taking part in, you must make the full payment first for us to reserve the item for you.

~ All orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. The length of time may vary depending on stock availability & quantity of order. Should it take longer than this, you will be informed when we confirm your order, prior to making any payment.

SHIPPING
~ All items will be packed in either accordingly, depending on the size and quantity of the items ordered.

~ All items will be checked for quality prior to shipping. Any known defects in the items will be explained to you and we will offer an appropriate discount should you still wish to purchase the items.

~ Should you prefer an alternative mail / courier service such as DHL / FedEx, or to pack your items differently, please specify your requests in your Order Form. This may incur extra costs which we will quote you in your purchase invoice.

LIABILITY, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
~ The Chic Bootique holds no responsibility for any lost or damaged packages during delivery.

~ Therefore, we will not replace any lost or damaged items, nor will we offer you a refund.

~ All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable (unless you have received an item that is different from the one requested in your Order Form).

Browse through our listings of Jewellery, Bags, Apparel and Accessories & More. Please take note of the title/name of the product(s) that you would like to purchase.

Step 2: Order Form
Please fill in the Order Form and submit it to us. If you are not able to view/submit the form, please use the template below, and proceed to copy & paste it into your email (see Step 3).

Step 3: Email
Send us an email at thechicbootique@gmail.com with your completed Order Form. Please ensure that all fields have been filled in. We will get back to you within 1 - 3 working days to confirm availability and send you a purchase invoice for your order.

Step 4: Payment
Upon confirmation of your order and shipping costs (see Step 5), you will then have to proceed with payment within 3 working days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. Payment is accepted via Maybank online banking and ATM cash deposit. We will send you the account number upon confirmation of your order.

IMPORTANT!Please remember to inform us via email once you have made payment and provide your reference number and a copy of your transaction receipt. Without these we are unable to confirm your payment.

Step 5: Shipping
Once we have received and confirmed payment from you, we will proceed to ship* your order to you.

*Please be advised that the price for each item includes the shipping costs for Peninsular Malaysia via Pos Laju, according to its individual size and weight. However, there may be additional costs involved for shipping to East Malaysia or if shipped via an alternative mail/courier service. Should any additional costs be incurred, they will be detailed in your purchase invoice. Please note that shipping costs include wrapping, packaging and postage.
