TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING
~ Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis.
~ Only genuine buyers will be entertained.
~ All prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated & do not include shipping costs.
~ Colours displayed online may vary slightly from the actual item due to photography or monitor settings. Should you need a more detailed description of the item or a photo from a different angle, please email your request.
~ To order, please complete the Order Form & ensure that all fields have been filled in.

PAYMENT
~ Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receiving our confirmation email. Please send a copy of the payment receipt via email (scanned or uploaded) so that we may verify your transaction.
~ For the time being, we do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) or self-collection.

~ All orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. The length of time may vary depending on stock availability & quantity of order. Should it take longer than this, you will be informed when we confirm your order, prior to making any payment.

SHIPPING
~ All items will be packed in accordingly, depending on the size and quantity of the items ordered.
~ All items will be checked for quality prior to shipping. Any known defects in the items will be explained to you and we will offer an appropriate discount should you still wish to purchase the items.
~ All items will be shipped via PosLaju and all charges incurred will be borne by the customer, according to Pos Malaysia's published rates.

LIABILITY, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
~ The Chic Bootique holds no responsibility for any lost or damaged packages during delivery.
~ All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable (unless you have received an item that is different from the one requested in your Order Form).

HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Selection
Browse through our listings of Jewellery, Bags, Apparel and Accessories & More. Please take note of the title/name of the product(s) that you would like to purchase.


Step 2: Order Form
Please fill in the Order Form and submit it to us. If you are not able to view/submit the form, please use the template below, and proceed to copy & paste it into your email (see Step 3).

Step 3: Email
Send us an email at thechicbootique@gmail.com with your completed Order Form. Please ensure that all fields have been filled in. We will email you within 48 hours to confirm availability of the product(s) requested.

Step 4: Payment
Upon confirmation of your order and shipping costs (see Step 5), please proceed to make payment within 48 hours, otherwise your order will be cancelled. We will send you the bank account number upon confirmation of your order.

IMPORTANT!Please remember to inform us via email once you have made payment and provide your a copy of your transaction receipt. Without these we are unable to confirm your payment.

Step 5: Shipping
Once we have received and confirmed payment from you, we will proceed to ship* your order to you.

*Please be advised that the price for each item does not include shipping costs. Orders will be shipped out via PosLaju and customers will be charged according to Pos Malaysia's rates. The following rates are for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia only. All other areas will be charged different rates accordingly.

Small Box - RM 13.00 Size: 340mm x 250mm x 80mm Max. Weight: 2kg
Medium Box - RM 20.00 Size: 340mm x 250mm x 150mm Max. Weight: 5kg
Large Box - RM 30.00 Size: 380mm x 320mm x 200mm Max. Weight: 10kg
